CEO of Google | Biography of Sundar Pichai.

Childhood of Sundar Pichai:-

        The present CEO of the amazing search engine 'Google'-Sundar Pichai was born on 10th June 1972, in Madras. His father's name was Regunath Pichai. He jobbed as Junior Electrical Engineer at GEC.

        Sundar lived his childhood living in a house with two rooms. One for family and another given for rent, due to shortage of money. From childhood, Sundar fondled machines and technology. One day he opened Landline, but Sundar was unable to fix it. When his father saw this, his father slapped him. Although he realized Sundar is an unusual kid and will do something great.


Higher Education:-

        Sundar got his graduation from IIT Kharagpur. Initially, Sundar wanted to be Cricketer as he was good at cricket.

        Luckily Sundar got a scholarship from Standford University. But one condition was made, the condition was the price of flight ticket had to pay by Regunath. Sundar wanted to go with her mother 'Lakshmi Pichai.' But his father's salary was 12 times less than the cost of 1 ticket. Regunath requested a 1-year salary in advance. The manager agreed and gave him Rs. 12,000. Standford instructed to bring a backpack and no suitcases. But the cost of a backpack was Rs.2000, which was equal to 1 month's salary for Regunath. Though, he bought him. Sundar was slightly disappointed because her mother was not able to come with her. 


Career:-

        After completing formal education, Sundar worked for a consulting company for a short term. Then he joined 'Google.' Initially, while he was working for Google, Microsoft was observing him for many days.

        Microsoft offered him the post of CEO. Sundar told his superintendent that he is going to join Microsoft as they are offering the post of CEO. His boss surveyed, do we need Sundar or not. And the response was surprising from 1,45,000 employees, 1,34,000 employees messaged the supervisor, "Without Sundar Pichai, this company won't run."

        Google not only retain Sundar but also, gave him a bonus of $50 million and made him CEO of Google.

"Whenever I thought to resign they promote me. Therefore, I wasn't able to leave Google."
